CC SOLUTIONS LIMITED is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Raleigh, NC

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives in Raleigh. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from patients and assist with inquiries or appointment scheduling
- Utilise phone etiquette to ensure professional and friendly interactions
- Communicate effectively with patients to address their needs and concerns
- Assist in resolving patient issues or escalating them as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations

Skills:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and team members effectively

Join our team as a Call Center Representative and contribute to providing exceptional service to our patients.

Pay: From $40,766.00 per year
