Job Summary:
We seek a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to ensure organization and assistance and exhibit sound judgment in all aspects of the role. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the Director of Operations in the day-to-day responsibilities of employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment labor laws and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the employee database.
Experience:
- May assist with payroll functions including data entry, and employee wage garnishments.
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical and able to synthesize complex and diverse information.
- Maintains all health-required health clearances for all employees at all facilities.
- Develops project plans; coordinates projects, completes projects on time and on budget.
- Performs periodic audits of files and records to ensure that all documents are updated.
