Cayuse Holdings is Hiring an Executive Assistant Near Arlington, VA

**Overview**

Cayuse Technologies launched in 2006 as a US-based alternative to offshore technology delivery centers, providing information technology solutions and subject matter expertise to our clientele. Cayuse focuses on federal markets and missions and is an SBA tribal 8(a) certified company. Cayuse brings significant past performance and excellent CPARS to its clients at an exceptionally competitive price. Cayuse's 41,000 sq. ft. technology delivery center is fully redundant and prepared to meet the needs of government. Our clients include DHS, DHA, DoS, USMC, US Army, HHS/Indian Health Service, Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Bureau of Indian Education, among many more.

The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security initiative. Position will utilize expert-level ability of handling administrative tasks including but not limited to project scheduling, budgeting support and project logistics as requested. All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

**Responsibilities**

Support executives and project teams by facilitating administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, performing basic follow-up on action items and assisting in presentation development.

Assists in the development of presentations and other project related documents and reports.

Works as a cooperative and collaborative member of a high performing team

Consistently provides high level of quality service.

Uses judgment to anticipate customer service needs.

Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

8-10 years of executive assistant experience, preferred.

5 years of experience with assisting federal government executives.

2 years of experience working on project teams and assisting executives.

Active Secret clearance required.

Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

**Minimum Skills:**

Knowledge of SharePoint is desirable but not required.

Will be motivated, energetic, dynamic, business savvy individual who can assist with the day-to-day logistics of delivering services to our clients.

Must be a multitasker and be able to solve complex problems.

Ability to use sound judgement to plan and accomplish project goals.

Possess excellent planning, time management and prioritization skills.

Expert communicator and a strong writer including good command of the English language.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization.

Shall have the requisite skills, expertise, and experience to perform the requirements of each task. Must be extremely detail-oriented and well organized.

Must have skills using Microsoft and Google Suite Products (Word, Excel, Power Point) and be able to learn new software as the situation dictates.

**Reports to:** Client Account Director

**Working Conditions**

Professional office environment.

Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties while standing for extended periods of time.

Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.

Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.

Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.

May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.

May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.

May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
