Catalyst is looking to fill an Entry-level Client Retention Representative position, and it is one of the most important roles in our company. Someone in this position would receive hands-on, individualized training in each division of the position. We have found that candidates that have worked in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service based positions have an easy transition into this role. Candidates with these experiences have innate people skills and thrive in our fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
After training is complete - Knowledge of all clients’ services that are offered
Learn customer service techniques
Provide each customer and client with excellent customer service
Build positive relationships with each client and customer
Meeting the needs of our clients with integrity
Understand marketing trends and the needs of our clients
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
2 or 4 year college degree preferred not required
EXCELLENT communication skills
Ability to prioritize and execute with minimal supervision
Confident working independent as well as in a group setting
Leadership exposure or the desire to develop leadership skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
