Casa Bonita Denver is Hiring a Customer Service Manager Near Lakewood, CO

Casa Bonita Overview
Casa Bonita is an iconic Mexican-themed restaurant and entertainment mecca in Lakewood, Colorado. Known as “the most exciting restaurant in the world,” the category-defining concept is an immersive experience that features dining in the midst of a 30-foot-tall indoor waterfall, cliff divers, puppeteers, magicians, and a mystical cast of characters. Casa Bonita is celebrating its 50th anniversary of being a part of the Denver community with a fan-base that continues to grow globally.
Position Overview
We are hiring for a Manager of Customer Service role to work closely with the existing ticketing and customer service teams to respond to customer outreach and troubleshoot issues with reservation changes or cancellations, special accommodations, or any other such issues that customers may have. This person will help to establish and maintain a high caliber of customer response and communication in accordance with the standards of the Casa Bonita brand. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-centric environment and contribute to the growth and success of an iconic brand.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee response to customer outreach via multiple email channels, including general inquiries, dedicated ticketing channels, and others.
  • Work with Ticketing Manager and existing team of customer service representatives to develop workflows and SOP’s to respond in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Along with the Ticketing Manager, serve as the touchpoint for questions from team members about how to handle customer service situations.
  • Document all processes and standards for reference by other customer service team members.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all communications both online and offline maintaining a unified and recognizable brand identity.
  • Uphold rigorous quality assurance standards for guest interactions, services, and experience at Casa Bonita.
  • Developing and upholding service response standards and providing metrics on inquiries and response.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Significant experience in a customer service or customer support role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in multiple point of sale systems to respond to customer inquiries, including OpenTable and proprietary CasaTix platforms.D
  • Process-oriented mindset and the ability to develop organizational standards and practices.
  • Demonstrated success in driving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Physical Requirements:
  • Essential functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; operating a computer and keyboard; near visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech at high volume level; manual dexterity to operate process equipment; easily lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and stooping; lifting; running network cables; connecting and testing networking; and walking and carrying devices on stairs and crawl spaces
  • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, reaching, bending, walking, and/or sitting.
