**Description**
Responsibilities:
- The Service Manager will run an efficient and profitable Service Department through productive staffing, building and maintaining customer relationships, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records.
- Ensures delivery of customers' vehicles on time and works with Service Advisors to ensure a proactive resolution to customer issues.
- Reporting to the General Manager, leads the Service Team consisting or Diesel Service Technicians, Service Advisors/Writers and Assistant Managers.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of Heavy Truck service management experience
* Procede experience preferred
* Excellent customer service, team building and coaching, and time management skills
* International Trucks experience preferred
