We're looking for an automotive service quality control manager with a track record of proven leadership, high performance, and customer service for our Mercedes-Benz store in Greenville, SC.

This position will manage the service drive pick-up and drop-off process, expediting customers through the service department while ensuring proper customer service levels, and verify that repairs were completed properly prior to returning vehicle to customers.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of high-line automotive service drive operations experience. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license is required. Candidates will be neat and professional in appearance, be able to communicate clearly and effectively, and be able to multitask. CDK or R&R experience is a must.
