Carolina Basement Systems is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to add to our growing team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• No cold calling!
• Engage in conversation(s) with potential customers to determine their needs and offer solutions to resolve the issues in their basement, crawl space, and/or foundation, ultimately closing the sale and restoring their home to a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Follow-up on leads that have not (yet!) been closed.
• Listen attentively to customers’ questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful in order to encourage product sale.
• Cross-sell and up-sell beneficial products when possible.
• Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
• Participate in weekly sales team trainings and meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Sales acumen and proven sales experience required.
• Previous experience with basement waterproofing, crawl spaces, and/or foundations preferred
• A resourceful, “hunter” mindset!
• Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
• Strong closing skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented personality.
• The ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
• The tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude.
• Commitment to ALWAYS putting the customer first!

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
