Carolina Basement Systems is looking for a Sales Inspector to add to our growing team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners on warm, company-generated leads; No cold-calling!
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify problems with their home
• Record data and findings with precise attention to detail
• Provide solutions to resolve structural problems and water intrusion issues
• Negotiate contracts, process payments and file paperwork for scheduling of projects

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven sales experience required
• Previous experience in construction and/or waterproofing preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency working with basic computer software
• Team player, strong ethics, and high integrity

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required
• A valid driver’s license with a safe driving history
