Position: Vice President of Marketing

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Marketing. This person will play a critical role in owning and executing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness/recognition, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is technological savvy, a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a results-driven marketer with a robust understanding of SaaS and B2B marketing best techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of total marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support customer retention and growth.
• Brand Positioning and Messaging: Define and communicate company’s unique value proposition, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Demand Generation: Drive demand generation initiatives through effective inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, events, and partnerships.
• Customer Acquisition and Conversion: Work with sales and product teams to enhance the customer acquisition funnel, leveraging data-driven insights to drive higher conversion rates and more revenue growth.
• Marketing Operations and Analytics: Create processes and systems to track, measure, and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to drive decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure smooth execution of marketing efforts.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to pinpoint growth opportunities and make informative strategic decisions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate updates, roadmap plans, and project statuses to stakeholders.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

· 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions within the SaaS industry.

· Previous start-up experience is required.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.

· Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and improve marketing performance.

· Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a demonstrated commitment to promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

· Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term objectives.

· Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment.

· Work Authorization: Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.
