Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic VP of Medicare to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, account management, and technology sales.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new market opportunities and drive growth through innovative sales strategies
- Manage key client accounts and build strong relationships with customers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on technology sales preferred
- Strong track record of success in business development and account management
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in outside sales and managing a high-performing sales team
