What youll be doing: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned area. Lead and coach a team of individual contributors to help them achieve sales targets. Ensure team adherence to sales processes and policies through clear expectation setting and accountability. Analyze data and sales results to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement. Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and business plans along with providing constructive feedback. Build a winning culture while recognizing and rewarding performance. Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies and optimize lead generation. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth. Establish and nurture relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. Hold regular one-on-ones with team members to discuss performance, review business plans, and career development while addressing any concerns. Maintain a deep understanding of Embarks service lines to ensure accurate information is conveyed to prospects and clients. Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment. Ensure all sales enablement systems are consistently utilized for maximum efficiency and visibility. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions to ensure team cohesion and client satisfaction. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new sales team members. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; Masters degree is a plus Proven experience as a front-line Sales Manager with a track record of successful sales leadership performance (5 years plus experience). Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and Salesforce Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally Proven ability to drive the sales process Strong business acumen and industry expertise What's in it for you: We pay 100% of premiums for you and your entire family on health, vision, and life insurance, and short and long-term disability Typical compensation of $200,000 plus 100% bonus potential.
