We are looking for fantastic people to join our team as we continue to rock the uniform world with our amazing styles and domination of the industry.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to attain company goals.Develops strategy and plans for negotiating and closing sales contracts.Directs sales forecasting activities and sets specific product performance goals accordingly to align with corporate initiatives.Researches & understands current market trends to identify and communicate all opportunities to achieve profitable uniform sales Determines net pricing program(s) for each uniform categoryCommunicates Waitressville’s corporate marketing initiatives and brand and product leadership campaigns to maximize sales & gain market presence.Works with CEO and CFO to constantly analyze sales performance and adjusts according to customer needsAnalyze and direct product lines to update or eliminate unprofitable stylesRepresents Waitressville at trade association conferences & shows to promote product.Coordinates all sales presentations and business meetings with future sales representatives to key & strategic accounts within the territory / region.Assists sales representative to secure & maintain strong relationships with important accounts.Analyzes and controls expenditures of sales region to conform to budgetary requirements.Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.Recommends budget, expenditures, and marketing appropriations for sales initiatives and trade shows.Assists CEO and CFO in sales meeting planning and preparation.QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED10 years of progressive sales/wholesale sales experience in the apparel industry. Imprintable Sportswear experience a plus.
