Carco of Poway is currently looking for a proven and motivated Sales Manager to maximize sales and profits for our store in Poway, California

WE NOW HAVE 4 LOCATIONS WITH UP TO 200 VEHICLES IN STOCK!!!!

We are looking for a results-driven and career-minded Sales Manager to lead and direct all activities required to achieve all store goals. If you have superior leadership skills, and operational excellence and can increase sales and profitability while managing a dynamic sales team, this could be the position for you!

Position Requirements:

~Minimum of 3 years experience
~Prior Sales Management experience
~Candidate must have strong organizational skills
~Be a people person
~Be prompt and punctual
~Have a positive outlook
~Detail Oriented.
~Must be a STRONG & SMOOTH CLOSER!!!
~Able to speak Spanish *Required*
~Valid CA. driver's license and clean driving record history
~Strong leadership skills
~Self-thinker
~Professional appearance and work ethic
~Excellent written and verbal communication skills
~Ability to multi-task and prioritize is essential
~Must be flexible to work various schedules such as weekends, and holidays as needed
