Responsibilities:
- Full time management of a 7 person sales team
- Master the sales cycle: prospecting, consultations, and closing
- Ongoing individual and team training
- Forecasting & goal setting
- Curating new sales & marketing opportunities
- Travel (within US) to exhibit at trade shows
- Work from our Rancho Bernardo headquarters 4x week
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 3 years of successful sales experience
- 1 years of management experience
- 1 years of experience in the Internet Marketing Industry
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- A knack for building rapport and relationships
- High school diploma and San Diego County residency
