Agape Home Health Services Inc is offering positions of home health field nurses. This position is ideal for a candidate who is active, enthusiastic, experienced and has a passion for those who need help.

Title:

Home health RN in Colton area

Responsibilities:

· Provides skilled nursing care under RN supervision in accordance with physician’s order and in compliance with the state and federal regulations

· Observes significant changes in patients’ status and records vital signs

· Participates in coordination of home health services, appropriately reporting the identified needs for other disciplines (HHA, OT, PT, MSW, ST, Dietician) to the registered nurse and/or Clinical Supervisor/Nursing Supervisor

· Prepares clinical and progress notes

· Collects samples for routine lab tests

· Proper patient interaction skills

· Administers injections, blood draw/lab or medications (as permitted by state law)

· Patient Education

· Wound Care

· Diabetic Care

· Pre and Post - Surgical Care

· Performs other duties as assigned by the registered nurse and DPCS

Requirements:

· At least one year experience working at a home health agency

· Current RN license in California

· Current CPR certification

· Current Physical Exam

· Current PPD or X-Ray Exam

· Liability insurance

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
