Your Mission:
Captiv8 is looking for a rock-star Account Director with expertise in managing Fortune 500 company clients. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to be hands-on and get things accomplished, but can also delegate and have the foresight to get projects done working cross-functionally with teams. Looking for a strong-willed individual to lead our clients and work hand in hand with the Sales and Strategy team to set a long-term strategy with assigned clientele and deliver on that.
As an Account Director, you will be working across a portfolio of Enterprise clients who are leading the way when it comes to the creator economy. The Account Director is responsible for the account development of our existing clients, including renewals and upsells within your portfolio. You will be responsible for being a key strategic partner to our client's creator-based marketing programs to ensure they optimize their investments and approach. Your role will partner closely cross-functionally with Sales on the long and short-term strategy and growth of key accounts. Ultimately you will be responsible for the success of your client accounts and focus on looking at how to drive the health of the account as well as renewals and growth.
