- Manage and be accountable for the overall relationship with the client in India
- Building and Managing Customer relationships at the Director, VP level.
- Delivery management through scheduled engagement reviews between Customer(s) and Delivery leaders
- Accountable for KPI?s of Revenue growth, Order booking, CM, and Customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other practice groups to penetrate into new areas, and drive growth in existing areas where Capgeminihas business ? Pipeline creation through proactive selling - PoVs aligning to the industry trends
- Sales and Opportunity management through rigor in review of Pipeline and performance against plan on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Lead RFPs and proactive proposals
- Make Cold calls to clients, generate leads and follow up ?Drive demand generation strategy and execution, Conduct workshops with clients to create demand and understand their requirements and propose suitable offerings
- Interact with PMO teams and maintain smoother flow of contracts, and on time invoices and payments.
