We are looking for an energetic, motivated, organized, communicative, self-starter to join our team as a Marketing and Operations Associate. This role plays a central part in the public presence of our company and our core values. Campion and Company is a small, boutique real estate company in Back Bay specializing in Luxury Real Estate.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the marketing, social media and the overall operations of our brokerage.
- Assist a top-ten real estate agent in the country (Tracy Campion) and other agents in the brokerage with all marketing and administrative tasks.
- Support at Open Houses
-Update and submit print advertisements to local news and real estate publications
-Design and Send Email Blasts as needed through Constant Contact
-Prepare Listing Materials for New Properties
-Design Show Sheets, various Print Advertisements, Postcards as needed
-Create and Update Charts with Market Data
-Create Presentations for Agents
-Assist with Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)
-Onboard New Agents
-Keep Track of Closing
-Order Office Supplies
-Answer Office Phone
-Calendar Management
-Person of Contact for any IT or Building Management Issues
-Needs to be familiar with InDesign, Quark, MLS, LINK, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, Adobe, Zipforms, Docusign, Dotloop
-Must have some experience with graphic design
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle different responsibilities and tasks
Qualifications
- Proficient in: InDesign, Quark, MLS, LINK, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, Adobe, Dotloop
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and related terminology
- Experience providing administrative assistance
- Design and photoshop experience a plus
- Strong organization skills
