What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to craft a menu that is both progressive and rooted in traditional French-Vietnamese flavors.
  • Manage and train a dedicated kitchen team, instilling high standards of culinary excellence and kitchen hygiene.
  • Experiment with ingredients and techniques to create new dishes and menu concepts that reflect the sophisticated interplay of French and Vietnamese cuisine.
  • Ensure the highest quality in meal presentation and preparation, maintaining Camille’s reputation as a leader in fine dining.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, supplier relationships, and equipment maintenance.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a sous chef role, preferably in fine dining.
  • A deep appreciation for and knowledge of French and Vietnamese cuisines.
  • A creative culinary mind with the ability to create innovative dishes.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a kitchen team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capability to thrive under pressure.
