We are looking to add an amazing Customer Service Representative to our team! This position will be part-time with possibility for additional hours. The shift times needed now are Fridays 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-2pm.

Our CSR would be responsible for the following duties:

● Customer Care - Greeting and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will be the primary friendly face that our clients interact with at first contact in person and on the phone. Creating and maintaining a positive environment and experience during the entire clients stay.

● Reception - Answering phone calls efficiently to schedule appointments, answer questions, triage calls for nurses, Veterinarians and management as well as making outgoing calls.

● Financial - Create invoices and collect secure transactions. Process end-of-day transactions and settlements.

● Administrative – Update medical records, filing and scanning documents, printing, data entry, etc.

● Assist nurses and Veterinarians as requested

● Embody a supportive and leading presence to ensure things run as smoothly as possible.

Our ideal candidate should have the following skills:

● Flexible hours and availability

● Bilingual (Spanish or Hmong) preferred

● Experience with Microsoft Office

● Experience with Pulse/eVet PIMS (a plus!)

● Experience answering multi-line phone system

● Experience with and a love for animals and their people

● Basic understanding of veterinary care – preventatives, vaccines, terminology, etc.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
