We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects to drive sales growth. Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads and gather information to identify potential sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through warm calling and effective communication
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
