Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Python and Django to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web-based applications using Python, Django, and other backend technologies.
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Implement security and data protection solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Design and implement data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Develop reusable code and libraries for future use.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python with a good knowledge of the Django framework.
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
• Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
• Experience with Docker

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $98,000.00 - $145,906.00 per year

Compensation package:
