- Source and manage all marketing and communications platforms
- Coordinate with marketing channel managers to develop marcomm automation strategies
- Assist in developing marketing collateral A/B and multivariate tests
- Assist in developing delivery strategy A/B and multivariate tests
- Implement and optimize bulk and triggered marketing campaigns
- Implement and optimize transactional support touchpoints
- Maximize deliverability through all channels
- Work with Compliance to ensure adherence to CANSPAM, TCPA and other electronic communication governance
- Research new products and services to enrich marketing and communication capabilities and strategies
- Experience developing, managing and using marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Twilio, Marketo, SendGrid etc..
- Experience in a Fintech, Financial Services or other underwritten product environment highly preferred
- Experience developing and managing Google Analytics implementations
- Experience managing other third-party marketing programs and web-based applications such as Zapier, Zendesk, survey building a plus
- Experience in building requirements for database queries, list pulls and data hygiene efforts
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent analytical and oral skills
- Problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and develop project plans
- Experience working with Acquisition & Marketing teams to develop business requirements
- High level of independence with a growth-oriented mindset
