Job Title: Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Marketing Business Intelligence Team Manager
Position location: This is a limited remote position (with the option for hybrid in the KC area). Candidates MUST reside in KS, MO, or OK in order to be considered. No exceptions.
This role is responsible for supporting the development of marketing strategies and tactics and ensuring compliance with financial plans by working with various disparate data sources and transforming them into actionable business intelligence. They design SSRS reports, BI dashboards, and data extraction workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, clean, and analyze acquisition, portfolio performance, and various other data
Evaluate data and develop actionable insights
Assist Segment Marketing team in campaign analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns
Assist Marketing Teams in User Acceptance Testing
Work with Marketing Teams to develop KPI dashboards/reporting
Coordinate with IT/SDev to implement new processes
Collect and analyze data to identify market trends
Provide channel marketing guidance to Segment Marketing Team
Ensure marketing campaigns are loaded correctly and in a timely manner, may include data transferring (External/Internal FTP) or internal data loading
Skills:
Ability to extract data from various databases using SQL
Advanced Excel Skills
Experience developing reports in PowerBI or similar platforms
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to validate accuracy of data/reports
Experience & Education
1-5 years of analytical experience in an underwritten industry (lending, insurance, or similar)
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
Desire to stay on the cutting edge of analytical tools, methodologies, and platforms
