The Customer Support (OFS) Supervisor, under the direction of the Customer Support Manager, will primarily be responsible to lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve customer support goals at the department level.
This position will model and champion the company's dedication to providing excellent customer service. This role will also address customer complaints and concerns that have been escalated in a timely and professional manner.
