Here at C’est La Vie Day Spa, we are looking for a spa receptionist with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people. The position is full time (Tuesday-Saturday).

We are looking for someone who can dedicate her time to the spa. There is an opportunity for growth within the company for the right candidate (management).

REQUIREMENTS

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

● Checking clients in and out of their services

● Answering phones to book appointments and handle clients requests

● Scheduling

● Running errands

● Stocking supplies

● Managing marketing flyers (Canva knowledge a PLUS)

● Ensure cash drawer is balanced correctly daily

● Updating clients file

● Track readiness of rooms

● Assist in retail sales

● Shared laundry responsibilities

● Assist in keeping Spa clean, tidy and regularly disinfected

● Beginning and end of day duties

The position requires:

● Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
