Human Resources Coordinator
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Human Resources Coordinator provides assistance for our HR Team through the use of dedicated HR and company systems including BambooHR, Applicant Tracking System, ADP, CentralReach, and others. Focused on a culture of service excellence, the best candidate will demonstrate a highly organized approach to learning and administering multiple priorities while maintaining a professional, responsive, and team friendly attitude. The HR Coordinator plays an integral role in HR related data entry, email set up, and assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding activities, paperwork and electronic filings, and providing customer service for prospective and current team members. This role provides learning opportunities for the HR Coordinator in broad corporate level coordination of HR Information and team member relations functionality. Assists in ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and provides administrative support to company-wide human resource functions.
