CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (Call Center)
Location: Salem, OR (97302)

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00SUMMARY:
- Paid Training provided - 2-3 weeks.
- The Customer Service Rep is a primary contact for In-bound Customer inquiries via Telephone, Internet, E-mail transmission.
- Provide customer service assistance for both Internal and External customers.
- Answer customer questions related to: Orders, Product Availability, Pricing, (RMAs) Return Merchandise Authorizations, etc. via Phones and/or E-mail.
- Process Orders / Order Entry in PC using ORACLE ERP Software - (will train).
- ORACLE ( ERP) Enterprise Resource Software is similar to: SAP, Sage, MicroSoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, Odoo, or Kinetic
- Process (RMAs) -Return Merchandise Authorizations request in ORACLE ERP - (training provided) some ERP Software experience is (a Plus).
- Maintain required quality levels for phone and accurate Data-Entry activities.
- Follow pre-defined procedures to identify, evaluate, solve and escalate customer issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 6-12 month Call Center - Customer Service (Phone) Experience
- Pass a Drug Test & Background check
- Basic PC and Accurate Data-Entry skills
- Experience with ORACLE Software preferred not required (will train)
- Be able to work On-site and have good attendance
