Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay: $19-23 hourly depending on experience

Education and Experience:

• Full COVID-19 vaccination and booster shots required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Position workspace will be split between medical practice and clinical trials site
• Willingness to learn about healthcare, ophthalmology, clinical trials, and business processes through on-the-job and online training

Responsibilities

• Word processing
• Data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Graphic design using Canva or Photoshop
• Social media content, flyers, brochures, and newsletters
• Social Media posting and content creation
• Note-taking and minute creation
• Edit and proofread documents
• Maintain staff access for security system
• Purchasing services and supplies as directed
• Request building maintenance as directed
• Welcome guests including arranging food and beverages
• Patient/Subject registration at clinical trials center as directed
• Communicates clearly
• Excellent written and verbal grammar skills
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Successful at online learning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
