We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen and bath remodeling projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Collaborate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed according to established timeline.
- Create detailed project schedules outlining tasks, milestones, and resource requirements and manage project documentation.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
Team Coordination and Supervision:
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and in-house staff to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain quality and standards.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and budget.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and change requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through attentive communication and exceptional service delivery.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks at key project milestones.
Hands-On Support:
- Identify situations where immediate action is required at the job site, such as unexpected setbacks or urgent tasks, and be willing to step in and complete the work personally.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach by assisting with construction tasks, problem-solving on-site challenges, and ensuring timely completion of critical project elements.
- Lead by example by actively participating in project activities, fostering a culture of teamwork, and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a project manager in the construction industry, with a focus on residential remodeling projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management software and tools or CRM/FSM (preferred).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
