Electrical Project Manager needed for a small, design-build general contractor working with complex data and technology projects. This company is experiencing stable, continuous growth and needs to bring on a Project Manager with experience working in electrical, critical power and air, or emergency power to help manage ongoing projects. Prior experience as a Superintendent highly valuable as well.
The majority of projects are in the preconstruction phase, with a handful in the active building stage at any given time. This role will act as a PM and superintendent, working on-site while projects are in the active construction phase, and take on a project management focus for awarded projects that have not yet launched. Projects range from upgrades to from-scratch installations of critical power and air. This role will oversee between 10-30 small to mid-size projects in different phases concurrently.
The ideal candidate has worked for a small to mid-size general contractor and held a blended role of superintendent and project management responsibilities. Candidates with experience or knowledge of critical power and air are strongly preferred. This company is 100% TI; prior experience working with tenant improvements is required for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
$100,000 - $115,000 DOE
