Tasks and Responsibilities

• Arrange customer transportation services in compliance with company procedures, including but not limited to:
• Receive and manage customer booking request
• Booking of sea freight with ocean carriers
• Arranging truck transportation to load and discharge Bulk liquid product in ISO tank containers
• Financial responsibility of transports, including review / applying transport related costs
• Resolve customer issues by engaging relevant stakeholders in order to achieve customer satisfaction
• Work within Outlook and the company's Operating System to address shipment related issues/inquiries through frequent/timely communication to full resolution
• Understand and be familiar with internal business processes / objectives
• Monitor agreed service levels, identify root causes when and advise management of potential service issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 2 to 4 years equivalent experience in the transportation industry / customer service
• Excellent MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to work successfully across organizational lines with peers, others business units, and Management
• Good verbal, written, and presentation skills

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
