We are a locally owned and operated commercial janitorial company seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance
- Collaborate with Operations team to enhance sales strategies
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide the sales process
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective sales management is a plus
- Demonstrated success in market analysis, technology sales, and business development
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth
- Proven track record in outside sales and account management
-Comfortable making cold calls, both on the phone and in person
-Ready to get out and sell, while professionally representing the company and the brand
