We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with Account Executives and various internal teams, ensuring that all projects are executed seamlessly and meet the highest standards. The role requires a special focus on our growing list of projects from Korea, and as such, proficiency in both Korean and English is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Account Executives to define project requirements and scope.
- Oversee the full life cycle of projects, ensuring they remain within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication at all stages of the project.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date and well organized.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the exhibits or events industry.
- Strong proficiency in both Korean and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
