We are seeking a Project Manager that will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, learning and contributing to our process, and occasionally manage on-site duties.

Experience in the industry helps, but we ultimately value the willingness to learn. Here are some qualities we are looking for, but not required:

• Leadership and team management skills
• Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with project management tools (software)
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards
• Multilingual: Korean or Spanish

Responsibilities may include:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient progress
• Utilize new project management software and technologies
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts and attend bid meetings
• Monitor progress and data to identify trends or issues
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
