POSITION SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant performs administrative tasks in support of the business. Tasks include managing calendars, handling information requests and incoming calls, preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings and welcoming visitors. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greets visitors/guests and guides them to the designated meeting area. Assists with various business projects Coordinates calendars by scheduling meetings, conference calls and resources and adjusting thereto when necessary. Coordinates logistics for seminars and retreats. Prepares meeting agendas and attends meetings to take minutes/notes and to follow up on actions to be taken, tasks to be assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrates the understanding of what it means to keep information confidential. Must demonstrate the organization’s core values, exuding behavior aligned with the firm’s culture. Strong verbal and written communication skills EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years experience as an administrative assistant Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
