Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative(CSR) will interact with the company’s customers and vendor’s by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. CSR will ensure that customers receive fast response and quality service to resolve their service issue.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build excellent internal and external customer and contractor relationships during every interaction
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Lead and ensure the proper handling of service requests awaiting deployment.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the Service Manager.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to communicate with vendors, customers to resolve any issue that may arise.
• Ability to make solid decisions even in stressful situations.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Experience

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of major appliances is strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
