Your fantastic opportunity
This position will be supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. for military service members and their families. The main function of the Entry Level Unlicensed Adjuster role is to interact with Policy Holders, Claimants, agents, and employees during the initial FNOL (First Notice of Loss) process for Property and Casualty policies in all states. Unlicensed Adjusters will enter new loss report information, claim documentation and loss details for Auto & Property Claims. This will include setting up services for repair options, rental reservations, towing, coverage verification, and policy information. The expectation for a successful candidate is to be understanding, empathetic and detail oriented as every caller will have experienced a loss. This skill is necessary to obtain all relevant information and effectively process the claim. This role will handle between 10-20 Claims per day, in a cubicle setting utilizing dual monitors and a headset. Agents may take calls that involve high stress situations like on the scene car accidents. You will be required to go onsite for any needed support and/or training.
