- Install and configure hardware and software components.
- Repair or replace damaged hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone.
- Provide technical support to users regarding software and hardware malfunctions.
- Manage tickets effectively, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
- Train users on new systems or software applications.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
- Assess the functionality of computer systems and networks.
- Manage small to medium-complexity projects and implementations, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure successful completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Information Technology.
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- 1-3 years of help desk experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Excel is required, including but not limited to complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
- Experience managing small to medium-complexity IT projects and implementations.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
- Experience with various operating systems and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to be in the office Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, with possible on-call over weekends.
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs
