Server

Located in a charming old building on Main St, Crawford Cookshop is like Crawford and Son's little brother - our most casual and family friendly concept yet. You'll find food that you recognize and love like wood grilled steaks, venison meatloaf, crispy chicken sandwiches, smoked wings, and lots of fresh salads, made with outstanding local ingredients and with plenty of attention to detail.

In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service to guests and support service operations to include,

• Greet the guests in a warm, friendly and courteous manner.
• Collaborate on cocktail creation
• Make and serve craft cocktails, beer, and wine for bar guests, in addition to working service well for floor staff
• Learn the food and beverage menus and ingredients inside and out.
• Gather, record and input accurate order details, noting any exceptions, modifications, and/or allergies, for the kitchen staff.
• Abide by all state, federal and internal food and liquor regulations, policies, and protocols.
• Present accurate checks to guest promptly and ensure correct payment.
• Successfully accomplish all pre and post shift sidework, including running side work to help ensure a smooth service
• Attend staff meetings to review and discuss information regarding updates and changes.

Qualifications:

Previous craft cocktail bartending experience required. Applicable knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Professional appearance and demeanor are a must. Maintaining a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance, aligned specific brand standards, is required. At least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk during entire shift. Ability to reach, bend, climb steps, and stoop. Ability to lift and carry trays and items up to 30 lbs.

Schedule & Pay

Sunday – Saturday, 3:00pm-12am (out time varies based on daily business).

$5/hour plus tips from the tip pool.
