Overview

A long-time resident of the Highland Park area of Dallas, Texas is seeking a full-time house manager to start immediately. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm with some flexibility as required.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the day to day operations and management of the household, managing household budgets including tracking expenses and paying bills, event coordination from planning and organizing to guest lists and logistics, overseeing maintenance and repairs of the property, including coordinating and vetting of service trades, keeping track of inventory and household supplies and ensuring items are stocked and replenished in a timely manner, calendar management including scheduling of household and personal appointments, errand running, and travel arrangements. Their ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end household or hospitality industry, has strong organizational and time management skills, is an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills, has knowledge of household management best practices, is proficient in budgeting and financial management, and can prioritize tasks.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for this role.
