Job Duties:

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective strategies for addressing students' academic and social-emotional needs.
Crisis Intervention: Respond promptly to crises within the school setting, offering immediate support and intervention as needed.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to student behavior, academic performance, and social interactions, utilizing findings to inform targeted interventions and support plans.
IEP Meetings: Attend and actively contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, providing psychological insights to enhance educational planning.
Professional Development: Stay abreast of current research and best practices in school psychology, participating in relevant workshops and conferences to enhance professional knowledge.
