Job Duties:
Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, challenges, and potential learning disabilities, contributing to the development of personalized education plans.
Counseling Services: Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with various emotional, behavioral, and social challenges, fostering a supportive and conducive learning environment.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective strategies for addressing students' academic and social-emotional needs.
Crisis Intervention: Respond promptly to crises within the school setting, offering immediate support and intervention as needed.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to student behavior, academic performance, and social interactions, utilizing findings to inform targeted interventions and support plans.
IEP Meetings: Attend and actively contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, providing psychological insights to enhance educational planning.
