Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls and track all received requests in incident management system
- Categories incident based on criticality and priority
- Maintain and update SOP’s regularly and perform Level -1 tasks based on SOP’s
- Assign incidents to the correct SME with proper incident details incase not able to resolve
- Ensure incident logs are update frequently and escalate incidents as required
- Provide timely update to end user and management
- Ensure 100 % SLA response time for all the incidents
- Prepare daily, weekly and Monthly Report with 100 % accuracy
- Follow-up with SME’s and other vendors for timely closure of the service request and incidents
- Prepare Backlog tickets and notify the management and SME’s
- Excellent knowledge in Application user provisioning
