Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting a multiple Federal Civil project teams and provide support in the areas of operations support, contracting and subcontracting support, general HR functions, financial and accounting support, and other as required.

Duties will include

Assisting with TAP ROI model development, particularly identifying TAP data collected and to be collected and mapping to the ROI model,
Developing a method in Smartsheet to record, maintain, analyze, and report TAP sponsor, advisor, program, and ROI performance metrics and dashboards,
Assist TAP advisors with sponsor scheduling, data collection, maintaining sponsor engagement files, and TAP sponsor project schedules
Assist with Pega TAP IT development, using TAP Smartsheet as a wireframe,
Assist with maintaining, performing analyses, and reports on TAP ROI – from CTS, Pega, and Smartsheet.

Skills and Qualities:

Strong writing, verbal, and organizational skills

Strong analytical ability

Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills

In-depth knowledge and use of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
