Brief description

The position of sales manager consists of leading a sales team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories, and building a team to help the company reach the goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing sales team by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense control to achieve growth and expand the company’s customer base
• Own objective setting, training, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the leadership team
• Collaborate with the marketing department to provide feedback and suggestions to develop the campaign, advertisement, and lead generation.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
• Advising and approving special projects or requirements
• Review and evaluate sales representatives
• Meet and exceed all agreed sales targets set by the Sales Director

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degrees preferred. A minimum of 2-4 years in related sales positions is required.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and analytical skills required
• Solid understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Highly motivated, able to work in a proactive fast-paced environment
• Able to prioritize tasks with a strategic business focus
• Mandarin speaker
