Bridge Philanthropic Consulting is Hiring an Administrative Assistant P/T-Contract Near New York, NY

 Reporting to the Project Lead provides administrative support on BPC projects and client projects. 

  1. Assist in meeting deliverables of all aspects for client assignments.
  2. Support (client) Team by performing tasks related to organization and effective communication.
  3. Complete operational requirements by completing administrative projects and expediting work results.
  4. Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  5. Prepare draft documents, including administrative writing and correspondence.
  6. Attend and participate in project meetings, telephone, and video calls, as established.
  7. Provide reports and updates as required.
  8. Schedule meetings and provide the agenda to participants.
  9. Recommend changes to the strategy as needed to accomplish the goals.
  10. Quickly identify and communicate problems and concerns.
  11. Electronic Records management – maintain files and update databases.
  12. Exhibit problem-solving strategies when presented with issues.
  13. Ensure timely completion of monthly reports.
  14. Using a broad spectrum of sources, research, identify, evaluate, and organize prospect funders who can give and connect to the client.
  15. Research potential individual prospects to support (client) fundraising campaign.
  16. Assist in qualifying government, corporate, foundation, and individual prospects with a history of giving to a similar organization. 
  17. Produce in-depth briefs on prospects based on a combination of data from the donor database, available financial records, real estate ownership, and other markers of high-quality donors, as requested.
  18. Identify and organize multiple means of contact information for each prospect and prepare thorough briefings with verified contact information.
  19. Implement new research techniques as they arise, striving to design the ultimate prospective research methodology.
  20. Work with other fundraiser consultants, the project lead, and other key team members on the BPC (client) account whenever necessary to provide optimal information to enhance the client experience.
  21. Attend “Disrupters” meetings and other meetings and training as requested.
  22. All BPC formats are to be used at all times with complete information.
  23. Complete BPC consultant assessment (evaluation).

 Qualification:

3-5 years of Administrative Assistant work.

Ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer service to the client and team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Attention to detail.

The ability to follow through on assignments. 

Basecamp experience is a plus.
