Talent Aquisition Specialist, PT - Contractor

This position will assist the EVP, People and Culture to source, recruit, interview talent for our project-based work. Deliverables include:

• Develop an acquisition plan and strategies for acquiring new talent.
• Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring.
• Using various channels to source candidates including online employment sites, LinkedIn, Indeed, Professional associations.

• Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill consulting positions.
• Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing 
• Learn the HRIS System BamboorHR.
• Building relationships with applicants, past consultants 
• Manage the college Internship program. 
• Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
• Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Complete monthly talent reports on deliverables including, the number of resumes screened, interviews conducted, candidates referred and benched or hired. 
• Attend monthly Disrupter’s and other professional development meetings.
• Complete annual consultant annual assessment. 
• Attend internal meetings and training.
