Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor is located just inside Loop 610 on S. Braeswood Blvd in SW Houston
We serve exceptional residents who treat our team members like family.
Responsibilites:
- Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.
- Moving furniture before and after cleaning.
- Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.
- Measuring chemicals correctly.
- Operating chemical dispensing units.
- Labeling chemicals correctly.
- Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently.
- Keeping an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
Key Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Attention to detail, desire to interact daily with residents
- Floor Technician experience in a hotel or resort atmosphere
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
