Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with our clients and ensure they receive outstanding service at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide information about our products and services and assist customers in selecting the right signage, print, and promotional solutions for their needs.
- Process orders and coordinate with our production team to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the signage or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn about our products and industry
