As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with our clients and ensure they receive outstanding service at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide information about our products and services and assist customers in selecting the right signage, print, and promotional solutions for their needs.
  • Process orders and coordinate with our production team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the signage or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn about our products and industry
